At Wyne Kirabo, in collaboration with Jackline Kobusinge and Emmanuel Byaruhanga from Harmony of Minds, we believe in dialogue as a form of creation.
This July and August, we are opening space for
10 emerging artists based in Kampala
to join a journey of mentorship, exchange and visibility,
rooted in care, creativity and community.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re selecting:
• 2 fashion designers
• 2 visual artists
• 2 models
• 2 photo creators
• 2 video creators
We’re interested in emerging talents whose work carries a story, a point of view, a quiet force.
Whether your practice is raw or refined, we want to see how you express it, where it comes from, and why it matters to you.
You don’t need to be famous.
But you do need to be present.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Participants will be part of a free mentoring programme in Kampala
between 14 July to 9 August 2025.
The experience includes:
• Personal mentorship sessions with Wyne Kirabo herself
• Group encounters to explore process, identity, and practice
• Professional exposure through our artistic projects and media partners
• Final artistic collaboration and visual output
ELEGIBILITY
• You must be based in Kampala during the programme dates
• You must be able to commit to a few in-person sessions between July 14 and August 9
• You must have previous work to show (in any format) and a clear desire to deepen your path
We welcome participants of all backgrounds, genders and styles. The only requirement is artistic integrity.

SPIRIT OF THE PROGRAMME
Dialogues in Creation is part of our wider mission to honour African voices through artistry, care and bold beauty. It’s a space where learning flows both ways, where artists shape artists, and where presence is more important than perfection.
We are not looking to shape you. We are here to walk beside you.
Acta non verba.
We don’t just talk about empowering artists, we build the spaces for it.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out via DM or email. We’re listening.
