WYNE KIRABO x "WOMEN, BARCELONA and the AFRICAN LINK" debate
The event will highlight the powerful connections we bring as African women to this vibrant, cosmopolitan city and how these connections contribute to the empowerment of women across borders. This discussion will be introduced by Josep Cuéllar, president of the Barcelona 2025 Peace Association, with a warm welcome from Berenguer Vidal, director of culture and protocol of the Centre Excursionista de Catalunya, and Joan Babeli, president of the Estels del Mediterrani Association. The event will also be presented by Antonio Perez-portabella Muñoz , president of the Catalonia-Africa Institute, and Sara Belbeida, commissioner of the Barcelona City Council, Moderated by Joan Abelló Juanpere, European Doctor in Humanities and Director of the Catalonia-Africa Institute. I am deeply honored to be part of a panel with: Maimouna Sabally, Social rights activist and actress, Assia El Ouardi, Interior designer and Betty Akna Producer, composer, singer, and president of Music for Life.
